1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SadhanAI ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users — individual users on Free or Pro plans ("B2C users") and organisations and their members accessing the platform through an organisation account ("B2B users"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

SadhanAI is an AI-powered coding practice platform. Features available vary by plan:

Individual (B2C) Features

  • AI-generated coding problems across topics and difficulty levels, with pgvector-based deduplication
  • Debug Mode — AI injects bugs into code for the user to identify and fix
  • Themed problem packs (e.g., cricket, anime, Bollywood contexts)
  • Online code editor with multi-language support and sandboxed execution
  • AI-powered hints (3 levels), code reviews (time/space complexity), and problem translation
  • Personal mock tests with timed sessions and AI post-attempt review
  • Shared and competitive mock tests — create, invite participants, view leaderboard
  • User-created problem bundles with shareable links
  • Daily challenge problems
  • Video Lab for free code experimentation
  • Structured learning paths for DSA and programming
  • Submission history, topic mastery scores, and performance analytics
  • Free plan: limited daily usage (5 problems/day, 1 mock test/day, basic hints)
  • Pro plan (₹299/month): unlimited problems, mock tests, full AI review, all theme bundles, interview prep tracks, and the ability to create shared/competitive tests

Organisation (B2B) Features

  • Organisation creation with a unique slug and optional email domain whitelist
  • Role-based access: owner, admin, instructor, and member roles
  • Bulk member invitations via unique invitation links
  • Batch management — group members into cohorts, assign instructors
  • Assignment creation — assign problems or mock tests to batches with due dates
  • Organisation admin dashboard with member progress and analytics
  • Instructor dashboard for batch-level progress tracking
  • Org-scoped problems (visible only within the organisation)
  • Organisation plans: Team (₹199/seat/mo, min 10 seats), Business (₹149/seat/mo, min 50 seats), Enterprise (custom pricing)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including those of organisation members whose accounts are flagged by their organisation admin.

4. Organisation Accounts — Roles and Responsibilities

When an organisation is created on SadhanAI:

  • The owner is fully responsible for the organisation account, its members, and ensuring all users within the organisation comply with these Terms.
  • Admins may manage members, invite new users, create batches, and configure assignments on behalf of the owner.
  • Instructors may manage their assigned batches and track member progress within those batches.
  • Members may access all platform features permitted under the organisation's subscription plan.

Organisation owners are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from members, particularly where members are students or minors, before adding them to the organisation.

Invitation links are single-use and time-limited. Owners and admins are responsible for managing and revoking invitations where necessary.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Individual Pro Plan (B2C)

  • The Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription billed at ₹299/month via Razorpay.
  • Payment is accepted via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • The plan activates immediately upon successful payment verification.
  • Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods. If you experience a payment error or are charged without access, contact us within 7 days.
  • We reserve the right to change plan pricing with at least 14 days' notice to active subscribers.

Organisation Plans (B2B)

  • Organisation plans (Team, Business, Enterprise) are billed per seat per month.
  • Enterprise pricing is negotiated directly. Contact admin@sadhanai.com for a quote.
  • Organisations are responsible for paying for all active seats within their account.
  • Downgrading seat count mid-cycle may be subject to a minimum commitment period as agreed at signup.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

SadhanAI uses artificial intelligence to generate coding problems, inject bugs (Debug Mode), provide hints, review code, and translate problems. AI-generated content:

  • May contain errors, inaccuracies, or suboptimal suggestions
  • Should not be treated as professional or academic advice
  • Is provided "as is" without guarantees of correctness or completeness
  • May vary in quality depending on the AI provider and model used
  • In Debug Mode, injected bugs are intentional — the platform is not malfunctioning

You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it, particularly in competitive or academic contexts.

7. API Key Responsibility

SadhanAI allows you to provide your own API keys for third-party AI services. By providing an API key:

  • You confirm that you have the right to use that key and that it complies with the provider's terms of service
  • You are solely responsible for any costs incurred through API usage triggered by your account
  • You understand that API calls are made on your behalf and are subject to the respective provider's terms
  • We store your key securely but cannot guarantee it will never be compromised — use keys with appropriate usage limits set on the provider's dashboard

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, organisation data, or platform systems
  • Submit malicious code intended to harm the platform, its sandbox environment, or other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform without written permission
  • Redistribute or commercially resell platform content, problems, or bundles without authorization
  • Abuse AI features through excessive automated requests designed to exhaust platform resources
  • Impersonate another user or organisation
  • Share organisation invitation links publicly in a way that circumvents intended access controls
  • Use shared or competitive mock tests to facilitate academic dishonesty

9. Intellectual Property

  • Platform: The SadhanAI platform, its design, branding, and curated problem sets are the intellectual property of Naveen (the operator).
  • Your code: You retain ownership of the code you write and submit on the platform.
  • User-created bundles: Problem bundles you create are associated with your account. By making a bundle public, you grant us permission to display and share it with other users.
  • Organisation content: Problems and assignments created within an organisation are the property of that organisation. Leaving or being removed from an organisation does not transfer this content to you.
  • AI-generated content: Problems, hints, and reviews generated by AI are provided for educational use. Ownership of AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. In particular:

  • The platform may experience downtime for maintenance or due to infrastructure issues
  • AI features depend on third-party providers and may be unavailable if those providers experience outages
  • Code execution sandboxes may be subject to queue delays during high-traffic periods
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time — we will provide reasonable notice for significant changes

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SadhanAI and its operator shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
  • Loss of data, code, progress, or organisation records
  • Costs incurred through third-party API usage via keys you provided
  • Inaccuracies in AI-generated content or code reviews
  • Service interruptions or downtime affecting your subscription period
  • Outcomes of competitive tests, assessments, or hiring processes conducted through the platform

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform, with or without notice, for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately
  • For organisation accounts, all member access under that organisation will also be revoked
  • Unused subscription time is forfeited upon termination for cause
  • You may request a data export before termination by contacting us

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the platform evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify users via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
